For 59 years, the Channel 7 Telethon has brought Western Australians together around a shared cause: supporting children and families across the state.
Across fundraising events, community activities, the annual Telethon Ball and Telethon Weekend, Western Australians come together to support sick, vulnerable and disadvantaged children and their families.
This year, Telethon raised a record $101,277,705, with contributions from individuals, businesses, community groups, volunteers and partners across WA.
For the first time, CDC was proud to be part of that tradition.
CDC Founder and CEO Greg Boorer joined members of the Western Australian community at the 2026 Telethon Ball, where CDC made a significant $265,700 contribution in support of Telethon.
For CDC, being part of the communities where we operate means more than establishing a physical presence. It means listening, understanding what matters locally and finding meaningful ways to contribute.
CDC's connection with Western Australia is growing. Our Maddington Campus is already under construction, while the proposed Hazelmere Campus is at the community consultation stage.
Together, the projects will support WA's growing digital economy and create jobs during construction, along with ongoing skilled employment once operational.
Our growing presence also brings a responsibility to build strong relationships with the communities around us and understand the issues, organisations and causes that are important to them.
As our presence in Western Australia grows, we want to build lasting community partnerships and support initiatives that make a real difference to the people who call WA home.
