CDC New Zealand has maintained its Toitū Net Carbon Zero certification for a fourth consecutive year. The certification provides independent assurance over our greenhouse gas emissions and carbon-neutral claim.
The achievement complements CDC New Zealand’s recently announced renewal of its Toitū Enviromark Diamond certification, also for the fourth consecutive year.
Together, the certifications recognise two distinct parts of our sustainability approach.
Enviromark Diamond, the highest level of the Toitū Enviromark programme, recognises the environmental management systems embedded across our New Zealand operations. Net Carbon Zero provides independent verification of our emissions measurement, reporting, reduction initiatives and offsetting.
Maintaining both certifications requires robust evidence, established processes and collaboration across the business. It reflects the ongoing contribution of our people and partners in managing environmental impacts and improving our environmental performance.
The certifications support CDC’s broader sustainability ambitions across Australia and New Zealand, including progress towards net zero emissions, zero waste and industry-leading water efficiency.
